The Feminist: Intersectional, body positive, pro-choice, and sex positive.

My privileged identities include: White, able-bodied, allistic, dyadic, monogamous, and middle-class (currently lower end of, though I grew up in the higher end).

My non-privileged/oppressed identities include: Female assigned at birth, gender-fluid, fat, gray-a, non-neurotypical, and gay.

SMOKED SALMON AND AVOCADO STACKS (makes 4)
Ingredients:
4 rounds of bread (cut to the diameter of your stacking rings)a little butter200g smoked salmon (I used H Forman & Son London cure)3 very ripe tomatoes, diced2 ripe avocado pears1 tsp lemon juiceabout 4 Tbsp finely chopped wild rocket1 Tbsp very finely chopped sweet onion2 Tbsp sour creamsalt and pepper
Method:
Use your stacking rings to cut out 4 rounds of bread.  lightly butter  them on both sides and toast under a medium grill, turning once. 
In a bowl, mix the diced tomato, onion and half the wild rocket.  In  another bowl, roughly mash the avocado (so that visibly chunks remain)  together with the lemon juice, sour cream, remaining wild rocket, and  salt and pepper to taste.

Sweet Jesus.
